Wilson gets his mission call

Wilson Rodriguez has been waiting for his mission call. You might recall the story about Wilson when he got his hair cut, so we could take his mission picture, Well it finally came, and a more happy face I have yet to see. Pure Joy, He was so excited and when he found out where he was going he was even more excited.  Canada Toronto Mission. enters the Provo MTC Oct. 22. Congratulations Wilson, you will be a great missionary.

Mom and Wilson, both so excited 

 Something that really touched Elder LeFevre
and I, was a comment Wilson said He
was a little emotional as he read his call
and after he said."I thought they would reject
me", when we ask why he thought that, he said
"because we don't have money, and I am
not good enough"

The whole family is excited.


So many out here think they can never go on a mission, because they come from
very humble circumstances and many have not had much education, so they
think they are not good enough. We are teaching them that the Lord
needs ALL the workers in the vineyard and HE doesn't care
how much education or money someone has, HE is no respecter of persons.
HE loves all HIS children and needs ALL HIS  CHILDREN TO
HELP WITH THIS GREAT WORK OF SALVATION.
SHALL WE NOT ALL GO ON IN SO GREAT A CAUSE?
