Mand Baptisms

Last night we had 4 baptisms in Mand. Elder James(only been here 1 1/2 days) baptized, Leevian Saimon, Elder Ashcraft baptized, Leniva Andon, and Elder Gardner baptized, Maioliva Anden & Meliva Andon. It was a great way to end a great day.

Great Friends , Good food

We heard that one of our favorite places to go, beautiful view and good food, is closing next week. So we went to breakfast with Sam and Janice. Sam is leaving our Island at the end of May, maybe sooner. We will miss him. He got a new job on Guam. We wish him the best of luck, but until he leaves, we hope to have more lunches, dinners and breakfast, or just several nice visits.

We started our day with the "Circle the Island" marathon., 3 teams of 25 people
race around the whole Island. A distance of 50 miles round trip.

The New Recruits

Today the reinforcements arrived. We recieved 4 new missionaries for our Island. Just in time to get more work done. We are so happy to have new missionaries. There is so much work to do and the work is going well right now, and so is the opposition. So the Lord sent us more help. We are grateful.
We will be opening up 2 new area's with this transfer. Uh will now be divided and Sokehs will now be divided. So we now have 11 areas, 22 young missionaries and still 3 old couples. We are told that by the next transfer, we may get even more and more new area's.
